The Beginning Steps of the Project

Hello all friends of Summer Hodges!! My name is Brooke Dressler (sister of Shawn Dressler) and I'm just one of hundreds of Summer's friends here in the Tampa Bay area who are sending her well wishes every day and night.

Although many of us have sent her cards to her hospital room a couple of us were thinking about putting together a 'memory box' and sending it to Summer out in Oregon.

THE IDEA: is to send this small box all over the country so that each of her friends and family member's can add to the box (pictures, small memorabilia, cards etc) so that it may jostle some memories and overall just remind her how many people are rooting for her!!!

HOW TO: So I was thinking that we could start a list of people who may want to participate.. This is going to be super easy, cheap and FUN! If you are interested in being a part of this project please comment on this article with your

2. Email address

I will then contact you to get your personal info and will let you know when to expect the box to arrive in your city.

THE NUTS AND BOLTS: How This works... "Simple Directions":
1. The box leaves it's first destination and travels to the next one on the list.

2. When you get the box add whatever you want to it. Add your name to the list of folks so that Summer can see how many cites the box has traveled to.

3. Keep the box for a day or so then send the box to the next recipient on the list and the process starts over again until it finally makes it to Oregon.
